1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is @jakubslab, an independent social media account specializing in cooking, recipes, and lifestyle content. This competition is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years or older. The competition opens on 1/1/2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 31/1/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.To enter the competition, participants must:

• Follow @jakubslab on Instagram.

• Like the official giveaway post.

• Tag two friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

The prize is one (1) Lodge 3.6 Quart Oyster White Enameled Cast Iron Casserole. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries. The winner will be announced on Instagram within seven (7) days of the competition closing date and will be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Any personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data will not be shared with third parties. The promoter is not responsible for:

• Any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants.

• Any technical errors, including but not limited to Instagram malfunctions.

• Any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted.
